At Blue Carrot Designs, we want your handmade indigo textiles and Shibori linens to arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our processing, delivery, and handling practices.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard shipping through reliable carriers.
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before purchase.

3. Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders.
You can monitor your package through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide.
Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable.
If your address cannot be shipped to, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Blue Carrot Designs is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at bluecarrotdesigns@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. International Orders & Customs

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These fees are determined by your country and are not included in the order total.
