FLORAL Blouse (Lavender + Dragonfly) | Hand-Dyed Upcycled Indigo Linen – Clay & Stitch Resist Textile (Chico’s Size 2 / Women’s L)
 
This breezy linen blouse began its life as a Chico’s piece and was lovingly upcycled by me, Alex, using a traditional clay and stitch resist technique. A lavender stem and dragonfly motif were painted by hand, then revealed through repeated dips into a deep indigo vat. The process is meditative and slow—each pass of dye adding depth, mood, and movement.
 
No two pieces are ever alike. This blouse carries soft textures, botanical forms, and a sense of gentle transformation—just like the creatures it features.
